As a Production and Community Projects Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting initiatives, collaborate with talented professionals, and gain valuable hands-on experience in the entertainment industry.
HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

Collaborate with the Casting Director to identify and source talent for upcoming projects.

Conduct preliminary auditions and screen potential actors to assess suitability for roles.

Coordinate and schedule audition sessions, callbacks, and meetings with talent.

Assist in maintaining a comprehensive database of actors, their portfolios, and contact information.

Liaise with talent agencies, negotiate contracts, and manage communication between the production team and actors.

Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling other casting-related logistics.

Attend industry events, showcases, and talent scouting opportunities to stay abreast of emerging actors and industry trends.

Assist in creating casting breakdowns, character descriptions, and other materials for casting calls.
THE SKILLS and qualities WE VALUE:

Previous experience in a casting or talent-related role is desirable.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a creative team.

Knowledge of the UK entertainment industry, talent agencies, and casting processes.

Familiarity with casting software and databases is an advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

A passion for film and television, with a keen eye for talent.
